No Return & No Exchange Policy

- No Returns โ Once an order has been placed and delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- No Exchange โ We do not offer exchanges for any jewellery items, including but not limited to rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, or customized pieces.
